About Me

"Hi, I'm Paula" I am a heart-centered Pilates and Fitness Instructor from Australia, now living in San Diego. My passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies. Staying active and keeping fit are integral parts of my life. I have been a professional in the fitness industry for over 16 years, teaching everything from Zumba to Group Strength, including Aqua Fitness, CIRCL, and Strong by Zumba. I am certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Balance Body and as a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor. I believe that one of the biggest benefits of the Pilates method is its emphasis on core strength and body control. Building a strong foundation and learning to stabilize from the inside out are principles that can be applied not only in Pilates classes but also in other types of workouts and daily life. With an emphasis on form, fun, and hard work, you can expect a challenging and rewarding session. I am committed to helping you find your fitness goals, improve your body awareness, confidence, and strength.

Fun Facts – I’m a dog mum and I can hold a plank longer than the average person… but I promise I won’t make you

(unless you like a challenge 😉).
